    Recruitment Process: The recruitment and selection process is very crucial issue for our company. Recruitment process is the first step towards creating the competitive strength and strategic advantage for the organizations. Recruitment process involves a systematic procedure from sourcing the candidates to arranging and conducting the interviews and requires many resources and time. The recruitment process of ERL will be divided by 5 major categories which are described below:

    Written Exam: Written test will be on based on many different types of question both in MCQ and broad ended question. The area of question will include Mathematics, General Knowledge, Finance, and Economics etc. This session will help us to identify the writing skills and the knowledge of the candidates about the above mentioned subject materials.

    Group Discussion: This group discussion session will tale no longer than 30 minutes. A discussion topic will be given to candidate selected from previous level. This session will be very important for us to judge the leadership skills of the candidates and the language proficiency as well.

    Business Proposal Submission & Presentation: The candidates will be given an assignment to prepare a business idea. The selected candidates from the previous session will present their business ideas in front of the recruitment team and the candidates will be judged according there quality of business ideas and presentation skill.

    Interview (Session 1): Candidates will be called for an interview with the respective manager. It will be long interview session with the candidates and many diversified questions regarding the candidates’ education, social and future plan.

    Interview (Session 2): This session will be the final stage of the selection process with higher management personnel.
